  1. Hi Lindsey, I love your website. Great ideas. I’m redoing my kitchen in Maine and I love the placemat/fabric idea for lining cabinets. I don’t like using the sticky contact paper either. I also love the luggage rack idea for a bedroom to put pillows etc. on. I’ll keep checking for new ideas. This is a fun website. Thanks, Donna – say hi to Al

  2. Lindsey – Love the blog… your tips are a great addition to my decorating ideas! Love the photos and tips! Good luck writing your cookbook!

  3. Hi Lindsey,

Leslie Ebert sent me your blog via Cate and I’m enjoying what you’ve been doing. Very clever! My eyes (ears) perked up when you blogged about the upholstering.

I started (75% done) reupholstering two wing chairs (took a class with Judie Murray) and lost the steam but thought you might be interested in the chairs for yourself. You can have my tools, books, and of course, the chairs for your new apartment.

Let me know. When you come back to Medway, email me if you want to check it out.

    Karyl

  4. Hey Lindsey,

We met briefly at the Aetna christmas party. I love, love love the bulb on your dad’s desk and so I asked him to send along your blog. I saw that your url domain name is everydayoriginals.com/blog. Does that mean that you own your domain? And if you do, what are some of the benefits you found to doing that? I’ve been considering it recently and for only $24/yr it seems like a pretty good deal. Any info you can pass along would be great; keep up the good work!

    • Hi Kaitlyn! So glad my Dad sent you over to the blog! I do own the domain for Everyday Originals. Really the only benefit is that I don’t have to write .wordpress.com every time I use my blog name. Which, seems a little ridiculous, but for the amount of blogging I do and the amount of linking I do, it was totally worth it. I purchased the domain through Godaddy.com and I actually only pay $20 a year. Stick around, keep reading and take a peek through the archives. You might find something you like!
